When you subscribe to a creator on CommuniPass, you acknowledge and agree that the creator will receive your personal information, including your name, email, and phone number. This data is shared to help creators deliver value and manage their community.

You understand and consent that:

• Creators may export and use this data outside the platform, for their own purposes such as communication, CRM systems, or analytics.
• CommuniPass does not monitor or control how this data is used once exported.
• By subscribing, you authorize CommuniPass to share your data with the creator as part of delivering the Service.

8. Communication via Subscribed Channels
If you register for a creator’s content or activity, you agree to receive updates and content through the relevant channels, such as WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, or similar platforms. You also agree that part of our Service includes facilitating the delivery of content and collecting engagement data or feedback related to that activity.

9. Affiliate Tracking Transparency
If you register or subscribe through an affiliate link, you acknowledge that CommuniPass will provide the affiliate with:

• Your first name
• A unique client ID
• The relative revenue generated through your activity

This data sharing is done with strict data minimization and maximum precautions within technical limitations. We do not share full names, emails, or phone numbers with affiliates.

10. Registration and Authentication
To use our platform, you may register using an email and password or authenticate through third-party single sign-on (SSO) providers (such as Google, Apple, or others). When using an SSO, we may receive basic account information from the provider. By registering through either method, you authorize us to store and use this information to deliver the Service.

11. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Correction: You may access, update, or correct your Personal Information in your account settings.
